Our 1932 Morris Isis in Old English White

The classic styling, heavenly paint work and beautifully finished fittings puts our Morris Isis at the very pinnacle of elegant and stylish pre-war transportation. A full 13 foot in length, the Isis turns heads like no other as it glides towards its destination - powered by a state-of-the-art (at the time) three speed 20hp engine designed and made by the Morris Motor Company. One of the company's first luxury vehicles, the original Isis was manufactured between 1929-1931 as a high class tourer to the upper-classes, wowing buyers at the 1928 London Motor Show.

Our Isis is the only known model to be finished in Old English White and features all original features - a fully upholstered cream leather interior with masses of rear compartment space for the biggest wedding dress, antique wooden panelling and wonderful rear cabin visibility. We'd love to see you for a visit in person at our garage to truly appreciate the dramatic understated elegance our Morris can bring to your special day.

A High Society Pedigree

Debuting at the Olympia Motor Show in 1926 as the Light Six, this 2468cc tourer was Morris Motor Company's first high profile vehicle. The Isis featured a new chassis, a steel Budd body and Lockheed hydraulic brakes, unique radiator shutters, Triplex safety glass and chromium plated brightwork - while three body styles were available: saloon, four-seater tourer and club coup. The Isis was extremely fast and well-specced, and priced accordingly at the upper classes. It received an update in 1931 with more traditional style and construction. By the time production ceased, a total of 3,929 cars had been built. 1932 Morris Isis Print
